Get Up and Dance

Some of my most fun memories are dancing to the Extra Large Band on the beach in Santa Cruz California. They no longer play in Santa Cruz but you can still sometimes hear them in Mexico. My favorite song is Curvas Peligrosas - dangerous curves and they are not singing about the highway.

You can download Curves Peligrosas and their other music on iTunes. This is a band that always lifts up your mood. Thanks to Val, Russ and the rest of the band for making so many "dancing on the beach" memories.

Dancing Makes Me Come Alive by Grace Ducet

Dance has always been a great influence in my life, from taking dance lessons as a child and performing in every school function, to joining a community of former professional dancers, choreographers and musical directors after retiring and settling in Mexico.
